AuraVerseStudio – Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 16 June 2026


1. Shipping Provider

We ship all orders via Aramex Store-to-Door, a trusted courier service delivering directly to your door across South Africa.


2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery takes 8–11 business days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched.
  • Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an Aramex tracking number. You can track your order at www.aramex.com or via the Aramex mobile app.


6. Delays & Liability

AuraVerseStudio strives to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • South African public holidays, load shedding, or adverse weather conditions
  • High-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, festive season)
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

This limitation of liability is applied to the extent permitted under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. AuraVerseStudio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with Aramex on your behalf.
  • We will do our best to resolve the matter, but cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on third-party courier investigations.
